I purchased one 90lb and one 60lb hoist. I originally ordered two 90lb but I received a call from Suspenz they only had one ready to ship and if I wanted to wait or change my order. They had one each of a 90lb and 60lb in my requested 12'' length. The customer service person that called me was extremely pleasant and helpful.
I was a little worried on how the hoist would work on a sloped rafter system. It worked without a problem. Easy to follow instructions. Looks like good quality hardware. Did not see much difference between the 90lb and 60lb hardware.

Recently purchased the double up SUP beach cart. On first use I managed to lose one of the o-ring pins that kept one of the wheels on. Totally user error however Suspenz did not offer replacements online so I emailed their customer service. Free of charge they sent me two replacements (along with directions on how to use them so I don't lose these ones). So, good product and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend Suspenz for your storage or cart needs and if you need anything reach out to their excellent customer service.

These roller racks are the best way to load and unload our heavy fishing kayaks over our truck bed. EZ is exactly right! A must have for high top loading.

Have been using an inexpensive Amazon folding cart for my kayaks. Finally got tired of fighting with it, trying to keep the kayak securely mounted AND keep it rolling straight (with little success). Did some research and read a bunch of reviews and decided on the Suspenz Catch-All Universal Airless cart. WHAT a difference!! This thing adjusts to fit my Crescent CK1 Venture perfectly! Straps hold it tight and secure and the cart/boat move as one. No more struggling to keep the boat on track when pulling it. Disassembles with ease for onboard storage as well. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with this purchase. Wish I'd gotten one years ago.

Easy to put together. Solid quality

Rarely do you run across a product that just works. I had done research on other competing systems and I felt that choosing this product with the relatively low price that if it didn’t work, I would not be out that much money. It works very well!

It was our Coast Representative who gave us the idea to use paddle reflectors. SUSPENZ had the best, well designed, reflectors. The reflectors catch the sunlight just like a mirror signal. They are easy to apply and have stayed secure after kayaking. I would recommend them.

The rack is the way Native suggests we store our kayaks. At my widest the kayak is 34” wide. I couldn’t install them at the recommended 4’ apart because my kayak rode on the bars. Even with an extra 2 x4 to add width. So I installed them closer together and it works. Also I bought the quick release mount which is a great way to move these around for winter storage or to get them out of the way. Love the product and received a great price for one of the used ones.
